    Military Veteran Peer Network (MVPN)

    Assistance for active duty, retired, and veteran service members, including a trained "Battle Buddy" peer and coordination with the Texas Veteran Jail Diversion & Trauma Recovery Project.

    For people cycling through psychiatric hospital units, rearrests, and jail — redirecting toward independence, meaning, and purpose.

    Court-Ordered Treatment

    Treatment that meets parole, pretrial, or civil commitment requirements, helping people avoid jail time and frequent hospitalization.

  • Outreach, Linkage & Support Services

    Support before, during, and after treatment — engagement, entry into care, retention, and post-treatment follow-through.

  • Housing

    Supported Housing

    Help getting and keeping community housing, plus psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training, and case management. Eligibility requirements apply.

    Recovery while living and working in your community: case management, counseling, education, and training.

  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

    A higher level of outpatient care with more frequent counseling and services.

    Residential Detoxification Unit

    A safe place to complete withdrawal from alcohol and drugs, with staff support toward ongoing treatment.

    Medication alongside behavioral therapy and medical care to curb cravings and support long-term recovery.

    Eligibility for long-term IDD services is determined by the Alamo Area Council of Governments. Pre-approval is required before services begin.
